Notes:
1) Unlike previous versions, the revision 05 level 3c data files do not include an array for days from solstice – users can calculate this from the dates given in the files.
2) Level 3c data files for all seasons were updated on 8 September 2012 to correct some inconsistencies in the file start dates. The only change was to add data for days prior to the beginning of the season; all in-season data are identical to earlier versions of the files.
