This description is divided into three parts: Conceptual Capabilities, Technical Capabilities and V2.6 Capabilities. The first describes the conceptual capabilities used to develop GGS and how they now apply to Cassini GGS. The second lists a brief description of the functional capabilities of the tools available in the menus. These include Documentation, on-line Demo and Help functions, the graphical window options, Design and Plot mode menu items, kernel file handling, window manipulation through buttons and sliders and the various Science Tool functions. The Version 2.6 updates and those items available to CGGS but not yet incorporated in a delivery package, are described in the final section.
