Beluga whales

Beluga whales

Beluga whales are named for their white colored skin. They are toothed whales and feed primarily of squid but will eat just about anything else in the ocean. They are very social creatures and tend to stay in pods of about 10. Unlike most whales, the Beluga do not have a dorsal fin.
