Due to anticipated increased solar activity, the science and operations team has decided to perform a MEGS-B flare campaign. EVE will execute a 24-hour continuous observing sequence starting August 3, 2011 (day 215) at 17:00 UT. Normal daily calibrations will not be performed, and the MEGS-B and MEGS-P channels will be exposed continuously. EVE will return to normal operations August 4, 2011 at 17:00 UT.
