Registration fees include the meeting facilities, conference services, network access, audio visual and poster rental/set-up, continental breakfasts, lunches, and light refreshment breaks.
The University of Colorado’s Conference Services Department is handling our credit card processing via their secure on-line system (registration is now closed). We encourage you to use this online system, which will provide you with an immediate confirmation. For payment by check, please use the registration form (.PDF) and mail your check to the address on the form.
NASA Civil Servants and Contracts:
For anyone requiring NASA approval to attend this meeting (NASA has assigned NCTS # 17738-14), Vanessa George will send in completed forms on your behalf to NASA by the end of November. If you have questions, you can contact Vanessa.George@lasp.colorado.edu.
