VOYAGER 2 PPS RING DATA
The PPS instrument performed stellar occultations of ring systems at Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. These data have all been archived at the Planetary Data System Ring node. A cartoon of the method is available in the file here. The stars used in these occultations included Sigma Sag, Alpha Pav, and Beta Per. Careful calibration was done repeatedly on these stars; those data are on the calibration page.
