
The meeting is being held at the Millennium Hotel (ex-Regal Harvest House) - we very strongly urge you to stay at this hotel. If sufficient rooms are booked in advance, the meeting has free (or reduced cost) use of the meeting rooms - this allows us to reduce the cost of the meeting registration fees considerably.
You need to make hotel reservations for yourself.
Millennium Hotel. 1345 28th St. - 1-800-545-6285, fax 303 443-1480 and mention JUPITER MEETING when booking rooms. Conference rates are $139/night (same price for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people to a room). After June 1st the rates will increase to the "market rate" (- nasty). You can e-mail the Reservation Manager at ksonnick@richfield.com.
Rooms at the University of Colorado - we have arranged for some rooms to be available in the student housing on the University of Colorado campus. The rooms are about 1/2 kilometer from the meeting hotel. The rate will probably be about ~$400 for the week - we will know in a week or so. Note that the rooms are not air conditioned and it can be pretty hot in Boulder at the end of June. Watch this space if you are interested - or send us e-mail if you have a question.
