          HOW_TO_PLOT_RT_UVS_HEADER_INFO.DOC


1.  Retrieve the UVS RT header data by running the following IDL procedures:

	TORUS1:[GLL_RAW.SOFTWARE]RT_DATA.PRO
	TORUS1:[GLL_RAW.SOFTWARE]RT_DATA_CONVERT.PRO

	RT_DATA.PRO gathers the header data and creates an IDL SAVE file.
	RT_DATA_CONVERT.PRO converts the SAVE file created by the
	RT_DATA procedure and creates another IDL SAVE file with all of
	the raw and converted header data. These SAVE files are located
        in DISKK:[GLL_RAW.ADAMS.RAW]


2.  Run the IDL procedure TORUS1:[GLL_RAW.SOFTWARE]RT_DATA_PLOT.PRO

	PLOT_DATA is the executing procedure.

	This procedure asks for a starting and ending RIM time and
	produces a plot of Real-Time UVS header informaiton.
