To restart the qpkt daemon at JPL, you need to log in under Karen's
account on sdtss10.fltops.jpl.nasa.gov and run:  
	/u/gll/ksimmons/qpkt/start_qpkt_d
by just typing /u/gll/ksimmons/qpkt/start_qpkt_d . 
{You might have to move to the sub-directory to make it work. 6/01 - kes}
(this is usually the problem when the query_wid program returns a
connection refused message)

The query_wid program on ANSA should then be able to talk to JPL.  If
there are still problems connecting, then you will need to contact
Kathy Schimmels (JPL Computer Manager)=818-????.  Sometimes when the
servers go down, they don't get them back up correctly.

I couldn't think of anything else that might've changed.  The HOW_TO_* 
files are still in the TORUS1:[GLL_RAW.INFO] directory.  Let me know if
something comes up that you can't remember / is new to you.  I will have
my e-mail messages forwarded to me in Los Alamos so you can use:
