There have been asymmetries hinted at between the energy output in the EUV for the dusk and dawn, noon and midnight sectors of the torus but neither the quantitative description nor the interpretation of these asymmetries has been adequately addressed. This observation in I27 will provide that comprehensive dataset for comparison to prime mission dawn torus data and to E26 dusk midnight ansa data. E26 and I27 datasets will complement one another well in that time variations can be averaged to provide a general dusk torus characterization for the midnight ansa. The total MBTG needed for the EUV Io torus observation is 1.35 MBTG in I27. -Kent
