1)  F(x) test cmd for Encounter mode:

    Normal Mux, Pulse counting, HV Off, two sectors/spin starting
       at Spin posn 85 with 126 periods (20.8msec)/sector

2)  All sky mapping
   24EUV, 0,      1,      3,          0,       19,         25;
    Normal mux, Pulse counting, HV On at gain 3, dup the Cruise 
       all sky with 37 sectors/spin and starting at spin posn 0.0 
       with 25 periods/sector
