    Description: Evening open houses at LASP's Space Technology Building on June 30th from 7 p.m. to 11:30p.m.
    • Live NASA feed broadcasting the landings of the Cassini Saturn Orbital Insertion Event. Initial burn begins at 8:36 MDT; Burn ends and orbital insertion achieved at 10:12 p.m..
      Includes live commentary by LASP scientists and engineers.
    • Talks by LASP scientists and engineers on Saturn, Cassini, and the engineering of the UVIS instrument on board:
      • Dr. Josh Colwell (Cassini scientist at LASP): The Cassini Mission

    Located on the North side of Colorado Boulevard between 30th Street and Foothills Parkway. The LASP Space Technology Building is a large brick and glass building set back from the road with a large white satellite dish to one side.
