SORCE Science Dinner
Tuesday, Sept. 18
There will be a Conference Dinner on Tuesday, Sept. 18, for all attendees and guests at Carrol’s Creek Waterfront Restaurant, a local favorite serving great food since 1983.
Within a 20-minute walk of our conference hotel, Carrol’s Creek is tucked in the Annapolis City Marina, a bustling business and dock area where Annapolis’ colorful sailing scene comes to life. We will enjoy an evening out in a colonial town rich with seafood, culture, and style.
For dinner we have selected a limited menu of their most popular dishes. Please mark your selection on the Registration Form.
Herb Encrusted Rockfish – roasted and served over sun-dried tomato pesto risotto, sautéed baby spinach, jumbo lump crab meat and a lemon butter sauce
Sautéed Chicken Breast – with champagne wild mushroom cream, truffle mashed potatoes and French green beans
Seasonal Vegetable and Mushroom Risotto – filled into a roasted acorn squash bowl and capped with a grilled Portobello mushroom
As they say at Carrol’s, “Come for the food. Stay for the view.”
Tickets: $50. Reservations are required. Please sign up and pay for this event on the Registration Form. Everyone is encouraged to attend and guests are welcome.
