Rick Kohnert |
Richard Kohnert is a Professional Research Assistant at the
University of Colorado’s Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics
(LASP). He obtained a BS in Engineering Physics at the University of Colorado
in 1982. His interest in space sciences and spectroscopy emerged while working
as a student on a grazing incidence soft x-ray diffraction experiment. He
has worked at LASP in the development, calibration, and deployment of remote
sensing UV instruments since graduation. He is currently the Chief Systems
Engineer on the SORCE Mission and will continue to contribute to the development
and deployment of the next generation of solar irradiance instruments. |
