GOLD

The Global-Scale Observations of the Limb and Disk (GOLD) project led by UCF Physicist Richard Eastes will build and fly a special camera known as an imaging spectrograph to record images of ultraviolet light emitted by the atmosphere approximately 62 miles above the Earth's surface. This instrument is selected for NASA explorer mission.
