More POLAR platform plans - Sept 18-24, 97. There are no particularly
good spacecraft conjunctions this week as the orbits are not as good as
they were. GEOTAIL is cutting through the tail at about 10-12 Re which is
not really ideal for substorm studies and Interball-Tail is still spending
most of the time in the magnetosheath. There is, however, a very good
conjunction with the Sondrestrom and SuperDARN Goose Bay and Stokseryi
radars on day 262, so I hope that Ennio can arrange for Sonde to be on for
this one
