Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP) Undergraduate Research Assistant Opportunities

The LASP Science Division consists of four research areas departments: Earth Atmosphere, Planetary Science, Solar & Stellar, and Space Physics. Each department consists of research scientists who may be aided by undergraduate research assistants. Periodically throughout each semester, LASP hires several undergraduate research assistants on an as needed basis.

Specific job duties for an undergraduate research assistant will be based on the specific research needs of the hiring scientist. Include any coursework or experience you have that directly relates. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • University of Colorado Boulder Undergraduate Student
  • GPA: 3.0 or higher
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Able to work 10-20 hours/week during school year, 40 hours/week during summer

Pay Range:

  • $15.00 – $17.50 / hr
    • Starting rate is based on student year
