Version 2.2.0 (March 20, 2017):
Changes since previous version:
 - Updated calibration tables.
 - Enabled processing of contiguous burst files. Data at the beginning and end of contiguous burst segments are now calibrated instead of being set to zero as it was with v1.1.0.
 - Added S/C maneuvers and shadows from the corresponding timeline file, in the CDF metadata 'CAVEATS' global attribute.

Version 2.1.0 (March 20, 2017):
Changes since previous version:
- None: v2.1.0 files are the same as v1.1.0. This version number is an artifact that corresponds to L2 files produced after March 20, 2017 from L1B files v1.1.0 that were created before March 20, 2017. They will be reprocessed to v2.2.0 as soon as corresponding L1B v2.2.0 are available.
