LASP has four Bake Out Tanks (BOTs, or vacuum ovens) that can be used to verify cleanliness of instruments, subsystems, and ground support equipment via Residual Gas Analyzers (RGA). Some of our chambers can support Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) testing as required.
