As a Team Lead within the Data Systems group at LASP, Heather is responsible for the resource allocation, performance management, and career development of a team of 14 software developers that includes both professional staff and students. She also serves as the Science Data Center Lead for NASA's Libera mission. Prior to joining LASP in 2023, Heather served in a number of technical and leadership roles in support of NASA, NOAA, and ONR missions and projects.
