Vicki Herde is a graduate student at LASP, working under Dr. Phil Chamberlin to build the Solar eruptioN Integral Field Spectrograph (SNIFS) sounding rocket payload to observe the Sun. They plan to launch in the spring of 2024 from Poker Flat Research Range, Alaska.
