Fixes for:

o  Display problem that was causing loss of two highest energy bins in
   spectrograms.
   
o  Slice (Energy Spectrum) mouse function, and changed flux minimum
   (y-axis) from 10^3 to 10^2 for this plot.
   
o  Error in variable names in the Examine Data function.

o  Fixed error that caused PAPCO to crash when Default button on TIMAS
   Config was selected.
   
o  Changed routine names to avoid any possible conflicts with Hydra module.

o  Fixed PostScript printing problem that caused very large files.

o  Fixed more problems with PostScript printing, including bugs introduced
   with V. 0.3.

4/15/98  Version 1.0

o  Added "Omni" unweighted pitch angle option to include data for times
   with no pitch angle.

o  Made default spectrogram flux limits  1.e3  to  3.e7 (instead of "auto").

o  Changed "nodata" number from  -1.e-31  to  -1.e+31 .
  
o  Added test for a bad data type that was producing black bars in
   spectrograms.  In the current version this bad data is being converted
   to "nodata" and can still be seen as gray bars overwriting good data
   when short (unaveraged) time intervals are used.
   
o  Time in "slice" window is now displayed correctly after a zoom.

4/24/98  Version 1.1

o  Fixed bug that caused  timas_make_spec_matrix  to crash when high-res
   data was requested, but only low-res data existed (He+).  Now the panel
   is not plotted and a message is printed in the log window that no data
   meets the selection criteria.
   
4/27/99  Version 1.2

o  This version works with PAPCO V. 8 & 9.  Made minor change to accept
   four-digit year (was two-digit) from PAPCO routine  convert_t90_to_date
   in PAPCO V. 9.
   
12/1/99  Version 1.3

This version works with PAPCO V. 9 and IDL 5.

o  Added choice of displaying number flux or energy flux.

o  Enabled use of PAPCO's "Output" capability to make ASCII or IDL 
   Save/Restore files of spectrogram flux values.
