Due to recent increased solar activity, the science and operations team has decided to perform a MEGS-B flare campaign. EVE will execute a 24-hour continuous observing sequence starting September 8, 2011 (day 251) at 16:00 UT. Normal daily calibrations will not be performed, and the MEGS-B and MEGS-P channels will be exposed continuously. EVE will return to normal operations September 9, 2011 at 16:00 UT.
