calnex_picThe Research at the Nexus of Air Quality and Climate Change (CalNex) was a major field project that occurred in California during May and June 2010. It was a joint field mission that was aimed at getting a snapshot of the air quality and the climate change elements in the state of California, more specifically around the Los Angeles basin.
GoMACCSThe Gulf of Mexico Atmospheric Composition and Climate Study (GoMACCS) took place in August/September 2006 in and around Houston (Texas). It was specifically designed to study the microphysical and macrophysical transformations.
milagro_thumbnailThe Megacity Initiative: Local and Global Research Observations (MILAGRO) field campaign was conducted between 1-30 March, 2006 in the vicinity of Mexico City to study air pollution from megacities.
sws_console1The Shortwave Spectrometer (SWS), measures the absolute visible and near infrared spectral radiance.
PACDEXThe “PACific Dust EXperiment” (PACDEX) was conducted in April and May of 2007 to study long range transport of dust and pollution from Asia across the Pacific Ocean to North America.
