Cheng-Cheng Liu is working for Brian Toon on developing the CESM2/CARMA climate model as a Research Scientist. He will focus on developments and applications of the CARMA aerosol-cloud model. He received his PhD from the University of Science and Technology of China, where his research focused on marine aerosols and stratoshperic wildfire smoke integrating field observation and modeling.
