Hunter joined LASP in 2016 as a student software developer implementing web interfaces for visualizing and interacting with 3D geospatial data from the MMS and MAVEN spacecrafts. After completing his bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2018, he transitioned into a full-time role on the LASP web team. Hunter is the product owner of the LASP Interactive Solar Irradiance Datacenter (LISIRD) and he is involved in designing and building many of LASP's websites and web applications.
