Human Resources Manager
Zoe Staarmann is the Human Resources Manager for LASP. She leads all aspects of the lab's HR function including compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, and training. Zoe joined LASP in 2019 and has held several positions with increasing responsibility since then. Prior to joining LASP, Zoe was a Senior Compensation Consultant in campus HR at CU Boulder for 4 years. As a graduate of CU Boulder, Zoe earned an MBA from the Leeds School of Business in 2019. She earned a B.A in Biology from Clark University in 2014 and originally planned to go to medical school before starting a career in HR!
