Science Dinner

SORCE Science Dinner — Tribute to Robert (Bob) Cahalan

Wednesday, Jan. 29 —  Reception 5:45 p.m., Dinner 6:30 p.m.

Eau Gallie Yacht Club, Indian Harbour Beach

We are having a special SORCE Science Dinner to honor SORCE Project Scientist, Bob Cahalan.  You will need to select you dinner option when you register:  1) Seared Chicken Breast with a Shallot Chardonnay Cream Sauce, 2)  Grilled Mahi Mahi with a Tropical Mango Fruit Salsa, or 3) Seasonal Vegetable and Mushroom Risotto.  Everyone is encouraged to attend and guests are welcome.  Sunset is scheduled for 6 pm sharp!

Tickets: $50. Reservations are required. Dinner includes: Reception appetizers, rolls/butter, salad, entree, vegetable, starch, dessert, and transportation.  Please sign up and pay for this event on the Registration Form.
