The Lake Arrowhead Conference Center is a “retreat” facility which offers upscale lodging within their complex.  Each 2-story unit is called a “condolet”, a combination condo and chalet.  The shared condolets have 2 separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a private bathroom.  The shared living space has a fireplace and most condolets have a large deck with either a lake or forest view.  Several members of the 2018 Organizing Committee have attended a conference here and they highly recommend the shared accommodations, which offer plenty of privacy.  On the Registration Form you can note a roommate preference.  Below is a photo and a floor plan of a typical unit.

The registration fee *includes* your lodging (and all meals).  Wireless internet is available throughout the entire Conference Center, and there are hard-lines in each of the condolets.

Please check the Lake Arrowhead Conference Center website for more information on the venue (

Planning to arrive early or stay after the conference?   The Lake Arrowhead Conference Center is designed to accommodate conference groups with a daily inclusive full-service plan (lodging, meals, meeting services).  Since some of you might want to arrive early to rest after a long flight or to stay after to enjoy the area, we suggest you stay in the village of Lake Arrowhead for nights outside of March 19-23.  Lake Arrowhead is a quaint ski town set on a beautiful lake.  You can make your own arrangements to come and go when you need, and you will be on your own for meals.  The top 2 lodging options I would recommend are below, but feel free to contact Vanessa George for addition ideas.

Saddleback Inn:, free wifi, breakfast included, moderately priced.

Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa (Marriott):, free wifi and parking.
